Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate, complete and usable information when registering or signing in.
  • Keep your account, password and linked membership codes secure.
  • Contact us promptly if you suspect account theft, unusual sign-ins or exposed membership codes.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud or attacks on system security.
  • Do not bypass quotas, risk controls or permissions, or abuse APIs, exports or credits.
  • Do not scrape platform data in bulk to build a competing service without explicit authorization.

Maps and geographic data

  • Map styles, geocoding, route results and geographic data may contain delays, omissions or errors.
  • Results support mapping, analysis and presentation and should not replace on-site verification.
  • You must have a lawful source and the necessary rights for data you upload, import or process.

Credits, memberships and refunds

  • Credits provide access to certain features or processing workflows and have no cash value.
  • Code redemption, credit issuance and membership validity are determined by system records.
  • Check features and suitability before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, purchased credits or membership codes are generally non-refundable.

Intellectual property and content

  • The platform interface, design, code, images and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
  • You retain the applicable rights to content you upload or generate, while authorizing the platform to process it as needed to provide the service.
  • Feedback and suggestions you submit may be used to improve the product.

Service changes and limitations of liability

  • We may change features, prices and quotas for maintenance, upgrades, risk management or business reasons.
  • The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or suitability for every purpose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect loss, data loss or loss of business opportunities.
